About Farmaid H-2A, LLC
At Farmaid H-2A, LLC, we help farmers and agricultural employers pursue qualified foreign agricultural workers through the legal H-2A visa process. Established in 2014, we bring more than a decade of experience helping employers prepare for temporary and seasonal workforce needs.
We understand that running an agricultural operation comes with demanding schedules and responsibilities. Our role is to provide clear, professional H-2A assistance so you can understand what is required, prepare the necessary information, and move forward with greater clarity.
Our Story
Supporting Agricultural Employers Since 2014
Agriculture runs on timing. Planting, cultivating, harvesting, and other seasonal activities require a dependable workforce to keep operations moving when labor demands increase.
The H-2A visa program provides eligible U.S. agricultural employers with a legal pathway to hire foreign workers for temporary or seasonal agricultural employment when program requirements are met.
Since 2014, we have focused on helping farmers navigate this process. Our experience has taught us the value of preparation, straightforward communication, and planning ahead for each agricultural season.
What We Do
Specialized H-2A Assistance for Farmers
H-2A employer support is at the center of what we do. We help farmers understand program requirements, organize employer information and documentation, and prepare for relevant application and filing steps.
Our specialized focus keeps our services centered on agricultural operations and their seasonal labor needs. Instead of adding unnecessary complexity, we provide practical assistance designed to help employers better understand the path ahead.
Understanding Temporary H-2A Employment
The H-2A program is designed for temporary or seasonal agricultural employment. Eligible employers can use the program to seek authorization to employ qualified foreign agricultural workers for a limited period.
H-2A employment does not provide permanent U.S. status. When a worker's authorized stay ends, the worker generally must depart the United States unless otherwise lawfully authorized to remain. If a worker seeks to return for future qualifying agricultural employment, the applicable H-2A process and requirements must be completed again.
